Program description
By opting in to LocalChum text messaging services, you agree to receive automated notifications, alerts, and promotional messages related to our project.
Message and data rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our service. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
Opt-out and support
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to our number. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.

Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LocalChum shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or SMS services.
